Create and update pipeline of workforce housing program buyer candidates
Facilitating and guiding the community through homeownership process
Building affordable homes
Outreach to local and/or national home builders to facilitate PBC requirement of WFH units based on new developments
Increase the stock of affordable housing and workforce housing projects
Stay updated on HUD, SHIP, SAIL, PBC and Delray Beach WFH programs

Conduct a Housing Condition Survey and catalog results into priorities
Work with homeowners to develop a solution to use the existing city programs and help with any preconditions
Application assistance for city programs (e.g. Curb Appeal, CDBG)
Bring existing housing stock to current building code, hurricane hardening and energy efficient standards
Promote redevelopment and/or rehabilitation of existing housing stock to bring back blighted neighborhoods

Identify private vacant lots and lots with dilapidated homes (to be demolished) where existing landowners and their families are interested in building a new workforce housing program home on their existing lot
Help the existing landowners and their families will qualify to finance the homes being built and help them go through the PBC Workforce Housing Program
Work with homebuilders to build these homes at the Workforce Housing prices
